"I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. The hotel was clean the bathroom was dated but it didn’t bother us. Hotel is in a good location near the train station & the centre of nice. There are nice restaurants & brunch spots in the area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the promenade would stay again. "

"The cleaning service was terrible. We stayed here for 6 days and our bed sheets never once got changed, even after asking. They remade the bed with the same sheets, never cleaned the bathroom, didn’t clean floors/tables. The AC in the hotel was off and it was extremely hot in our room. The front desk basically told us to deal with it. Staff at the breakfast bar in the morning were rude to us daily. The only nice thing about this place was the bar downstairs, where the bartender is extremely friendly. Without him I’d give 0 stars."

"One employee had a bad attitude and acted like we were bothering her every time we had a question.... It was hard to find cold water. There was hardly ever any ice water in the lobby and when it was out it was always empty. "

"No ventilation or AC working. It was turned off. However with sun exposure during the day it got very warm in the room. Listing indicated AC was available. Good location. Price point is a little high for this hotel. Elevator needs upgrade. Long wait times. Staff are very nice. "
