"Great stay near mountains and SPA. The hotel staff are amazing: Olena and her colleague from reception and the cleaning man that was adorable. The cleaning lady was very unfriendly, not giving us any choice regarding cleaning time and forcing herself in our room while we still were in PJ . The room cleaning is only once a week and she stayed less than 10 minutes, not even vacuuming of sweeping the floor - just changed our towels...I also met her another day at the reception and no hello, no sorry, she just interrupted us to get a paper from the receptionist- totally unacceptable behaviour for me. The rooms are great : clean, spacious, lots of equipment like fridge, safe, mini kitchenette...The proximity to the SPA is a real plus and all the rooms have fantastic views (this was our 5th stay in 3 years, this time we stayed 10 days). The hotel looks very safe with access codes and it is very quiet. We'll be back and I hope I won't see that cleaning lady again."

"We arrived very short notice as it was an unplanned stop at the hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful and accommodating. There is parking right outside the hotel but this is limited but it is not a problem as there is ample parking available not too far from the hotel and at extremely reasonable rates. Our room was very comfortable (there were 3 of us) and the bathroom was also extremely clean and had lovely toiletries and very fluffy, soft towels. Unfortunately the hotel was booked up the following nights as there was a jazz festival on locally - otherwise we would have loved to have stayed longer, as such we did not have time to try out their lovely looking swimming pool. The old town is a short (10 minute) walk away and is very beautiful - an old walled city - with the wall still intact, and home to many interesting little shops and beautiful restaurants. There is also a lovely artisitic vibe to the town. We hope to return another time and enjoy more of this town and lovely hotel."

"Dominique et Martine sont des personnes très chaleureuses qui nous ont accueillis avec enthousiasme. Elles ont été très serviables tout en restant discrètes. Cette maison est absolument à recommander ; située dans une magnifique région, elle offre un confort absolu et est d'une propreté impeccable. C'est un véritable havre de paix et de détente. La piscine, avec sa vue imprenable sur la vallée, est impressionnante. Le gîte est encore plus beau que sur la description du site web. Il dispose d'une cuisine extérieure entièrement équipée et d'un parking couvert et fermé. Le gîte est doté de volets roulants automatiques et d'une excellente climatisation. Katty et Roel."

"Et fantastik dejligt hus! Vi boede fire personer i huset i en uge. Huset ligger i skønne og rolige omgivelser med udsigt over flotte bjerge. Der er en stor flot have til huset og en lækker ren og velholdt pool. Parret, der ejer huset bor ved siden af, men de er meget diskrete og hjælpsomme, hvis man har brug for det. Vi vil helt klart anbefale huset til andre og håber selv at komme igen en anden gang."

"This is a great spot in Isola. With a ski locker room on-site, you are in the perfect location to get straight onto the piste, and to the ski lessons. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a studio for 3 people. It was compact, but it had everything you need, and is one of the better hotels I've stayed in at Isola. Tip: the hotel provides dish sponge, disinfectant and cloth, but bring your own tea towels and washing up liquid."

"Well sotuated property with everything needed for a longer stay. Cons: one bedroom had no plugs, and there were webs around the top of the sink. Other than that, we were happy with the stay"
