"Nice hotel! The dive room was nice. The only bummer part was the early morning noise from the gardener blowing the leaves that woke us up. The view from the room was nice and especially at night with the lights in the trees were very pretty. I do wish they wouldn’t allow smoking at the pool in the areas. When you want to get away from the smoke from inside and then poolside you can’t due to people smoking so much."

"Breakfast selection was toaster waffles, cereal, yogurt and bagels. While not as much as other sites, this was enough to sustain a morning! I did not test the pool or jacuzzi as it was still too chilly for me, but it appeared to be clean! The room was clean, We will stay there again for my next gourd class at Welburn's!"

"Check-in was extremely frustrating and took over 1 hr and 20 mins to get through the line, and it was clear others had been waiting even longer. What made it more difficult was seeing several employees at the desks not actively helping guests; some were on their phones or chatting, and even a manager appeared to be focused on tidying the desk area instead of assisting with the growing line. After finally checking in, I was directed to the concierge desk for a parking pass, which was unexpected. There, several employees were gathered and it was a forced review of the timeshare offerings and amenities, which I did not sign up for. By that point, my kids had been waiting nearly 2 hours after a long travel day, which made the experience especially frustrating. The room itself was comfortable and we did enjoy the pool areas. However, some of the policies and operations felt inconvenient. For example, not being allowed to bring pool towels back to the room meant walking back in 65-degree, windy weather without staying warm. In addition, the market was closed, and it was difficult to get into the restaurant since it was the only dining option available. The TVs were also quite outdated and antiquated. There was no option to sign in to streaming services - including screencast - a basic expectation at all hotels for vacation and work travel. Overall, we did have a good vacation, but largely because we chose to spend most of our time off the resort. I won't recommend this hotel. "

"This was our first time to stay and we were quite impressed! The overall experience was wonderful from beginning to end! We were offered free wine tasting at their winery and another tasting at a cousin winery just up the road! I would highly recommend this place and we will be coming back!😎"

"The place looked clean and reasonable for the price , I honestly was ok with it until I woke up to a bed bug in the sheets. I’m literally paranoid right now because that’s my biggest fear!!! I’m pretty sure I got bit because there some bite marks on my hand.Fix the pests issue!!"
