"Room was not clean. Loud can here everything's. TV had maybe 30 channels and nothing you would watch. Breakfast was a crockpot of oatmeal, instant eggs etc. Room was cheap foe tue night ahould have known better. "

"When I checked in,it was early and they said room was clean and ready to check in aroubd 2, therefore, checked in. When opened the room, it was NOT clean,sheets were piked ontbe bad, garbage still in the room, it was NOT ready. Then, put me in a room that had NO privacy, windows facing the inside sitting and eating area, as i specifically requested privacy when i check in, this was unacceptable either. So, when got to the THIRD ROOM, there was NO instructions on how to even use the TV, the WiFi information was not correct on the information sheet provided at check in. When I called to ask, the staff made me feel stupid and little andbc of this, didn't even bring up thw WiFi as to not be belittled in their passive aggressive way. I have wanted to stay at this hotel for YEARS, finally had the opportunity, and was a complete and utter DISASTER. Will NEVER stay there again. Should have stayed at a different property."

"I am very grateful for how kind the staff at the front desk was. Overall, the experience was not terrible, especially since we spent very little time at the hotel because we had so much to do around the area. However, I do think the hotel should be more mindful of certain rooms, including mine on the 3rd floor, and of where they place their guests, especially if the floor above has apartments that may not be following carpet protocols or are being used more like private residences. The room or apartment directly above us did not seem to have carpets, and because of that we could hear everything starting around 7 AM on both Saturday and Sunday: footsteps, furniture moving, toilets flushing, and constant noise overhead. When someone is on vacation, they hope to be able to rest and sleep in, especially on a Sunday morning. Additionally, the hallway on that floor had a very strong smell. It did not smell like cleaning products, but more like an old, moldy odor. I am not sure where it was coming from, whether the carpets or something else, but it was very noticeable every time we stepped out of the elevator and walked to the room."

"The floor in our room was very dirty, not well suited for elderly, long walks to the rooms."

"Took 35 minutes for a shuttle to get 2 miles from the airport, no call from desk clerk to alert driver. Room lock on door malfunctioning. Urine in the toilet upon entry into the bathroom, obviously left by cleaning staff or never checked. Absolutely disgusting."
