Villa Barranca is conveniently located in the center of a residential neighborhood where the exquisite estates on the perimeter are surrounded by the Pete Dye golf course the 'Links'.

Villa Barranca is 1,8 miles from the beach at Minitas and the marina's shops and restaurants.

Enjoy warm ocean breezes and the luxury of a spacious vacation retreat conveniently located in the heart of Casa de Campo, close to the facilities of Las Terrazas Tennis Center and Casa de Campo Hotel and a short distance from the Marina, Altos de Chavon and Minitas Beach..

Villa Barranca features a beautiful open floor plan and is professionally decorated with lots of comfortable furniture, Honduran mahogany and marble floors forming the backdrop for colorful art.

Villa Barranca has 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, 8 beds (3 King+3 Queen+2 Fulls+1 Sofa).

Two of the bedrooms are in the annex, separated from the main villa for more privacy and every bedroom has a flat screen with cable Tv and high speed Internet . Smart TVs with NETFLIX. The villas has seven bathrooms, two of which has romantic outdoor showers so you can shower under the stars.

Villa Barranca comes with a full time Butler, Housekeepers, Chef (if requested) and a gardener (They are in the property from 8AM/4:30PM). They're available to stay longer at an additional cost and even sleep in the staff quarter if needed.

40th birthday celebration

What an amazing time! We had a party of 12 and truly enjoyed ourselves. Was able to have an early check-in and host met us with welcoming drinks. We will be back soon! Cheers to a wonderful time in the DR!

Amazing house and excellent staff!

This was definitely a relaxing and amazing vacation. The staff welcomed and treated us as family! The service and overall stay was 10 stars! The house was clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive. We highly recommend this house and kudos to the chef, who cooked delicious meals every day! We will come back!

Great House and Staff

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. From the manager, to the chef, to the maids and the butler, everyone was very responsive and attentive. The chef prepared excellent meals and laundry was done daily by the maid. Would definitely recommend Julio's property.

Outstanding property! I would rent it again for sure.

Clean!!!!! We had 6 couples stay at the house and we had plenty of room and privacy. The pool is amazing and the grounds are perfectly maintained. We were 5 minutes from the main hotel the beach and Teeth of the Dog golf course. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

A spacious and welcoming home

We had the most restful and fun experience at this Villa. We came down with another family, 10 people in total and there was ample space for everyone. We loved the delicious meals at the huge outdoor round table created by the chef, and being so well taken care of by the support staff makes for a real holiday for parents;)). We loved that the tennis facility was a 3 min golf cart away, and the beach club under 10 min. We would absolutely recommend to our friends and family.

Perfect family getaway

My wife and I traveled to this property with our nieces, nephews and their spouses. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was nicer and more magnificent than we anticipated. The owners, Julio and Christine, were great to work with and helped us set up transportation to and from the airport, check-in at the resort, etc. Enough can't be said about the staff. Frank, the butler, kept everything running smoothly. Andy, his assistant, was always around to help us with anything we needed, from afternoon cocktails, to rides to the golf courses. I highly recommend using their chef. Wanda's food was magnificent! Each meal was perfect. We can't wait until our next visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. We came as a group of six couples for my birthday and fit comfortably in this home. The staff was amazing. Maria made us feel welcomed and spoiled us with her cooking! She even prepared an authentic Dominican dinner for a birthday dinner that was amazing! Including a homemade Flan! We loved our stay! The only negative is the construction next door, which I'm sure will end soon! Thanks again for an excellent Dominican birthday party!

You and your staff helped me set up the best family trip and birthday surprise any one of us has ever been apart of. My father's birthday was perfect because of you. Amazing

We just spent 6 days in this villa at Casa De Campo and I cannot imagine a better place to stay. The owner was extremely helpful in setting up our trip providing a lot of helpful information and giving us contacts to arrange our transportation and activities. The staff at the house was great! The cook (Maria) made fantastic meals for us so I would recommend eating in a lot. She even went to the grocery store for us! Dominique, the property manager was also extremely helpful with all of our activities and transportation. This is a 5 star operation!

We went on a family vacation, 6 adults and 5 children 3-14. The house is spacious, beautiful and very functional. It sits on the Links golf course with beautiful surroundings. It is big and versatile enough so that each person could have found a quiet corner if they wanted to, or be part of a group activity inside or on the huge balcony or the gazebo. Maria the cook was exceptional: the food was very tasty and varied from day to day. Every day our laundry "disappeared" from the hampers, and was returned washed and folded by the end of the day. Owner was easy to deal with and gracious. We will gladly return. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

A great place for the whole family

A wonderful house, terrific staff that made us feel right at home, a great swimming pool that the grandchildren loved, a visiting cat who adopted us, and lots of space for people to chat or be alone. The only downside was a new construction project down the road that was using large jack hammers to build the basement. Lots of noise from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We were often at the beach or the hotel pool, so it didn't really bother us as much. The house was very comfortable for all 14 of us from 2 to 72.

Amazing home and staff

The house and staff were amazing! We had a group of 9 people aged 15-71, and everyone was pleased and comfortable. There was enough room to accommodate all of us. The house amenities were great. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Frank, Wanda, and Andy were very attentive to our needs and made sure that they provided us with excellent service. We were caught off guard with the mandatory $25/per person/per day Casa de Campo fee that had to be paid when checking in. We weren’t going to be using the gym, tennis courts, etc., and thought that fee was optional, if we used those facilities. We also had intermittent WiFi interruptions and buffering, but it stormed off and on for a couple of days. Maybe adding a couple of WiFi extenders might help with the buffering. The house is about a 5 minute drive to the beach in a golf cart. The golf carts were useful in getting around the resort. It was easy to communicate with the owners. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we were taken care of upon our arrival at the airport and at departure from the house. I would definitely consider coming back.

Best Staff We Have Ever Had!!

5 Stars for the week we spent at Barranca Oeste #6! We have been coming to Casa de Campo for 18+ years and have stayed at a few different houses... all very beautiful. And this one was no different. Very clean, short golf cart ride to the beach, plenty of bedroom space for the 5 of us, and beautiful outdoor area on the golf course. But the biggest difference for us was without a doubt the staff. Marta was amazing to communicate with before and during our stay. And Eddie, Chiara, and Gloria stole our hearts. We cried when we had to leave them!! The most attentive, caring, and lovely staff we have ever had. We could not have them our week at BO #6 any more!!!

Best Vacation ever!

Everything was so great that I just can't say enough! Frank our butler was so nice and accomodating and made sure we had whatever we needed. He made the experience well worth it! Our chef Joy made the best food and deserts. Very tasty and creative. The house keepers maintained the rooms and the house emmaculately and the best part, they did the laundry daily. Brought home a suitcase of clean clothes and that never happens on vacation. The gardner was also nice enough to get us cocunuts every day we wanted them. The property manager Martika was awesome from beginning to end. She made sure we knew what to expect and setup us up to have the best week. All in all it was sooo great and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and fun vacation in a full service beautiful home.

Paradise is Very Nice

From the moment I booked and spoke to the host to the when we checked out and said our farewells to the staff at departure- the experience was 5 stars. The villa is exceedingly more stunning than the photos convey. The feeling of pure bliss and peace fills every space as the open doors allow a tranquil breeze to flow throughout. The balcony on the second floor was one of my favorite spots, what an incredible view- I could've stayed there the whole time. The staff welcomed us with big smiles, cold drinks and never left us wanting for anything. The moment a drink was empty, the next one was placed in front of you. The laundry baskets were washed daily and all our clothes was ironed and hung for us. The rooms were made up in an instant as if housekeeping ninjas were sneaking in while we were having breakfast. We were fed and doated on the entire time which was easy to get used to. Kudos on a beautiful home, wonderful team and excellence overall experience. We hope to return and do it again very soon!

Exceeded expectations!

Our stay a this beautiful villa exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 10, ages 11 through 70+. Everyone had their own room and bath (brothers shared twin room, sisters shared a king), which are beautifully furnished and cared for. The excellent staff (cook Maria, housekeeper Bindalinna, and pool maintenance, etc. Johnson) worked as a team to keep us well fed in clean, comfortable surroundings. The Google Translate App was our best friend, as we did not speak Spanish and no one on the staff spoke English. Somehow, we managed. I would advise letting the staff know (via Dominique) what you want in the way of grocercies, etc., and have them shop for you before you arrive ($60 shopping fee, plus cost of items purchased). I went to the Super Jumbo with Maria and she could have done better without me. The staff at Reception contacted taxis for us whenever we wanted to venture out farther than a golf cart would safely take us. It was a great Christmas vacation for everyone in the family.

Perfect Family Villa, Trusted Owner

If you are looking for a villa that is perfect for a family vacation at Casa de Campo, and want to rent from an owner you can absolutely TRUST, look no further! I originally booked / paid for this villa for New Year's, but a serious family medical emergency required that we cancel our trip a couple days prior to leaving. If we were staying at the Casa de Campo hotel (and probably any other hotel or villa for that matter), we would have forfeited the money given the very short cancellation notice. However, the owner of this villa is a class above the rest! He graciously volunteered to let us use his villa in the Spring (still high season) at no added cost. My family and I were humbled by his generosity. Transportation and other arrangements were handled seamlessly by the owner's representative, who greeted us upon our arrival at the villa and stayed in touch throughout the trip. We found the villa to be precisely what we expected from the pictures on VRBO - spacious, open-air, nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. We spent the vast majority of our time in the patio/pool/backyard area, which is adjacent to the golf course and has a nice view of the ocean in the distance. The staff were very nice as well. Having breakfast prepared for us and eating outside was always a great way to start the day! The villa is a roughly 5-minute golf-cart ride from the hotel and similar quick ride to the beach.
