LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This home is strategically located two blocks from Old Town with a wide variety of shops, restaursnts. Walking strolling atmosphere. , Old Town is one of the newer developments in La Quinta away from the hustle and bustle of crowds and traffic.

The home is situated on a double lot that gives the feeling of spaciousness yet affords privacy. The master bedroom is oversized and has a sitting area. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and private 3/4 bath. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. All if the befrokms have stresming TV. The living room sports a large flat screen TV., dbl French Doors leading out to the covered patio, with ample seating and lighting, gas BBQ grill.
Giant fully landscaped back yard with covefed patio(s) lighted remote controlled ceiling fan. Large back and front yards are fully renovated with a new HardScape:,including the addition of a pool and Soa! BBQ propane grill for outdoor entertainment. Relaxing and quiet outdoor space.
