Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Low budget experience. Linens old and wrinkled and towels cheap . It was a 3 star experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely stay for one week Jan. 2-9, 2022. Unit was perfect. Only issue was that it was very cold the first few days (especially in the bedrooms). We had to turn the upstairs thermostat way up and add several blankets to be comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding! Conveniently located with LaQuinta Resort - with the backdrop of Court 15, we found this unit fantastic! The living area and kitchen were spacious and easy to entertain for holiday get together. The fireplace provided a nice holiday touch. For sleeping - two comfortable bedrooms with ensuites were excellent. And to top of the experience, the walk into LaQuinta town center was less than 5 minutes! Highly recommend.
