This upgraded lock-off villa has beautiful new carpeting, furnishings, and decor, creating a modern & refreshed feel. The home is equipped with a kitchen, fully stocked with cookware and small appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy streaming or watching cable on the large TV in the living room or bedroom or enjoy the view of the beautiful community grounds from the private patio. The bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and the bathroom is outfitted with a walk in shower as well as a large soaking tub. This villa is centrally located, steps to a pool and a short walk to the main pool area.

Property is beautifully landscaped and looks like gardens surrounding the villas. Pools and spas were excellent. Inside of villa was spacious and well equipped. May need a few more lights.

Loved everything about this condo. 11 pools to choose from and a great workout room. The management company was excellent. Quick responses. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Excellent location.

Great location

My wife and I had a great time at the pool which was located right next to the Villa. We had the pool almost all to our self and the pool has a community bathroom with a outside shower to rinse off. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. The small negative is that it has a queen bed and not a King. Will stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time in La Quinta! The town itself is lovely and the views are breathtaking. This unit is in a great spot in the legacy villas community. It’s a few steps away from a pool and hot tub and near the main pool. It is also close to the Cove walking path. This unit had everything that we needed for our four night stay. The Legacy Villas community is meticulously maintained. It is quiet and beautiful. The management company was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful poperty in a stunning location

This was a modern clean and comfortable property with all we needed for our stay. The legacy complex is perfectly kept , secure and quiet and peaceful. The property is a few steps from a small pool which during our stay we had more or less to ourselves. The site is well located for La Quinta and the wider area with everything you need such as restaurants and shops. We didn't use the main pool or restaurant and ate elsewhere as it was closed during our midweek stay. We have also stayed on the La Quinta hotel site and elsewhere in Palm Springs and believe that the legacy site is much better , quieter and reasonably priced compared to all of these. Strongly recommend .

I've stayed at Legacy Villas multiple times, but this is my first time staying at this particular home. Check in instructions were timely and easy to understand. The home was clean and stocked and the neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. I didn't use the pools but they appeared clean and well cared for and were popular with other guests. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting LaQuinta and the surrounding area.

Lovely stay at the Legacy Villas

A beautiful gated property walking distance from La Quinta resort. The Villa was in perfect condition. The only drawback was the noisy neighbor and poor sound barrier through the adjoining door.

Great stay, just needs a few more lights!

Beautiful property, friendly staff at the front gate made us feel safe! Had an older couple in what I’m assuming are full-time residents come over and do a full inspection to make sure I wasn’t parked in a reserved spot (I wasn’t and made sure of that). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay for the festival! We do wish maybe another mirror and a bigger lamp in the main bedroom would be awesome. Thank you for the beautiful stay!
