Remodeled Laguna De La Paz

Remodeled Condo located in the City of La Quinta in a gated community with mountain views in every direction. Complemented by a lush green belt and community pool and spa near by. A 5-acre lake with pedal boats, Tennis, and Pickleball courts. This home is 1950 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6, large eat-in kitchen, barbeque, and large patio great for entertaining. Centrally located in La Quinta minutes from boutique shopping, restaurants, theaters, golf, biking, festivals, art shows, BNP Paribas Open, Historic La Quinta County Club, and Old Town La Quinta.

Pets allowed- dogs only 2 max

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guests' experiences and do a property review.

30-night minimum

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.
