INSIDE THE HOME

Step into the well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island, ideal for entertaining or preparing your favorite meals. The home showcases a generous dining area with formal seating for six. Tiled travertine floors flow throughout the entire residence, exuding elegance and style. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



Free high-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is provided in the living room with a 55'' HD TV, while Netflix is available in all other rooms.



Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.



To reach the property, take Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd, then turn right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to gain access.



Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory.



Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.



Four bicycles are available upon request (check availability, send us a message!).



Please note that the golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, kindly refrain from accessing the course, as unauthorized access is considered trespassing by the HOA.



The gas for the grill and fire pit is connected to propane tanks. Please ensure that you turn off both when they are not in use.



The service schedule is as follows: the pool is serviced every Tuesday and Friday, and landscaping takes place on Tuesdays at 7:00 AM.
