The Space:
This upstairs lock-off villa is the perfect space for 2 guests or a small family looking to escape to the desert. Complete with brand new carpeting, newly painted cabinetry and walls, as well as upgraded appliances and furniture throughout. This new luxurious remodel is professionally decorated with upscale and tasteful accents and furnishings throughout. The home is equipped with a kitchen, fully stocked with cookware and small appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy streaming or watching cable on the large TV in the living room or enjoy the view of the beautiful community grounds from the private balcony. The bedroom has an upgraded King size bed and the bathroom is outfitted with a walk in shower as well as a large soaking tub. This villa is centrally located, steps to a pool and a short walk to the main pool area. NO PETS.

Loved it!!

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights (road trip to CA for college graduation present!) and had a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous, the host was great with communication (prompt and helpful). We wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed the pools, walking around the property seeing all the different fountains, the grapefruit trees!, the butterflies, birds (we even saw a humming bird!), bunnies and a couple little lizards. The hammocks were fun! We came in to La Quinta from Oceanside and my phone directed us to come in on 74 - yikes! The views from that drive are incredible and a bit terrifying (with the curves coming down out of the mountains), so we took the longer (distance-wise, not so much time-wise) I10 the next time we drove to the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone - we felt so pampered, and again, highly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely area. Very well maintained. Easy to get around. Only suggestion is to do something about showerhead. It’s about 9’ high. I’m 5’2” and couldn’t reach it to turn it away from me while waiting for hot water! O

Great getaway!

We had a great getaway in La Quinta! We love the villas and this one in particular was perfect for us! The unit was clean, updated and had what we needed for a quick weekend getaway! We would definitely stay there again.
