PGA West home on the private Tom Weiskopf 18th fairway
- Wonderful open and bright 3BR/3BA floor plan, with one of the bedrooms a separate guest casita. Located on the 18th Fairway of the Private Weiskopf Course at PGA West. Gorgoreous Southeastern views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Lovely and spacious back patio. Inviting courtyard separating the main house from the casita and garage.
HOA Rules and Regulations:
As a guest of PGA West, Res II, you are expected to follow the rules and regulations established by the home owners association (HOA). While owners are responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests, we will hold our guests responsible for payment of any violations assessed to the house during their stay (which includes offenses related to parking and driving, unauthorized pets, loud noise and disturbance, unauthorized entry on to Golf Course property, and all other violations of the Combined Community Rules and Regulations).
