PROPERTY WAS FINE, CLEANING STAFF DID NOT RESTOCK ITEMS, MANAGEMENT WAS SLOW TO RESPOND AND POOL KEY WAS MISSING. IT TOOK TWO AND HALF DAYS TO REPLACE KEY. ANSWER FROM MANAGEMENT WAS TO WAIT TILL SOMEONE ELSE USED POOL!! I THINK THEY COULD DO BETTER.WHEN ASKED ABOUT A REBATE FOR MISSING KEY, NO RESPONSE. I THINK OWNER SHOULD ALSO ASK ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT INVOLVEMENT AS THERE WERE SOME ISSUES WITH THE SHOWER CURTAIN THAT IS ALLOWING WATER TO LEAK ONTO THE NEWLY LAYED FLOORING.
