Full stocked property with gas bbq on the Nicklaus Private golf course. Communal pool and hot tub100 ft. away. Enjoy the warm desert air and calm evenings sitting by the fire pit. TVs in all the bedrooms, water fountains in the master court yard and off the dining room. Watch your favorite sports on the 55in TV in the family room. Fast wifi and lots of cable channels available. A/C and fans in all the rooms. There is a two car garage and a golf cart.
