    This a fabulous south-facing home at The Citrus Club with amazing views with a pool and a detached casita. As you enter through the front gate, the charming center courtyard invites you to relax near the outdoor fireplace. The inside has a spacious great room with a sunken built-in bar and views from every window. Sip a cocktail by the pool as you gaze out to the panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Set on an incredible location between the 7th and 8th holes, your family will love vacationing in one The Citrus' most sought-after floor-plans. The 4th bedroom offers a brand new sofa sleeper and doubles as an office for those that have to bring work with them. Recent upgrades include new flooring and carpets throughout, as well as epoxy garage floors. Don't miss out – this home will get booked quick!!

    We do not recommend having anything shipped to the home. Any mail should be directed to our office, and you can pick it up directly from there or our field agent will deliver it while in the community.
