We are a corner property on an elevated lot which means far more privacy than most homes in the Cove! Mountain Views Galore! Embrace the peaceful and elegant lifestyle of La Quinta while surrounded by the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains! Casa de Montanas is a Spanish inspired vacation home. Our beautiful Santa Fe Spa/Pool Home sits high up in the coveted La Quinta Cove with walled in privacy! This stunning 3BR/2BA home has been completely redone. Featuring a 2 car garage, smart TV's throughout, fully stocked kitchen, new furnishings, a working fireplace and a vintage piano. Close proximity to Old Town La Quinta!

Please note: The home runs on propane and a Credit Card will be required to give to the propane company for usage. During summer months, the pool does not need to be heated.

Excellent Value

This house is in the lovely “Cove” neighborhood of La Quinta. It is a great location— you can walk 10 minutes to the Fred Wolff Nature Reserve and many miles of hiking trails. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is lovely, clean and has three reasonably sized bedrooms with nice separation of space between the Master and the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is adequately supplied for cooking meals with new appliances. The outside area has a lovely pool and a hot tub. We only paid to heat the hot tub a number of times but it was great and well worth it. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. We had a great visit and enjoyed this property very much. We would recommend it without reservation.
