We had a great stay at this property in La Quinta. The location is amazing. The property is clean and quiet, and a short drive to Indian Wells. Highly recommend!
Great place to stay, clean comfortable room, great central location to downtown (old town) La Quinta, close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, very pleased, will stay again next year.
Well appointed, comfortable apartment centrally located in the town of La Quinta. We came for the BNP Paribas Open which was just a short drive from the property. Would highly recommend for a weekend or weeks stay in La Quinta.
Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the fireplace was awesome and we appreciated the coffee and supplies (a minimum requirement in my book). Location is awesome -- within walking distance to Old Town La Quinta where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Of note, there were only 2 pillows provided for 2 people (what kind of person only sleeps with 1 pillow?!) so bring your own if you want more. I did email the host about the lack of pillows and he sent the property manager over the next day to give us 2 more -- communication was prompt and we appreciated the response to our request. There were a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed as well -- nothing major and we let them know upon checkout so I'm sure it will be fixed promptly. All in all a great stay, would definitely stay in one of their properties again.
Conveniently close to the Civic Center Park where the La Quinta Art Celebration was held. A breeze to scooter to my booth and back.

Nice condo but disclosure needed
The condo was lovely and clean and had great amenities. Check in was easy and parking spaces were plentiful. There was however a neighbor who disrupted our stay with alarming knocks on the door and a frantic request to “call 911 because someone was in her home who wasn’t supposed to be”. This was of course alarming as she seemed mentally unwell and we didn’t know it was the neighbor so when I contacted the host, they advised this had never happened and they would notify security about the issue. However, we took it upon ourselves to walk to the security desk at Embassy Suites to notify directly as it felt unsafe for us to leave the unit unattended for too much time. The security folks informed us this is a regular occurrence and knew the exact description of the individual who they informed us has dementia and was not with their caretaker. The host should definitely inform guests that there is a neighboring unit where someone with dementia lives, as it would have allowed us to try and help her rather than be scared she was mentally ill or on drugs. It was alarming and made for a stressful morning but after the sherrif’s department arrived, it seemed she was safe. Again, overall the unit was clean and well positioned near local amenities but the neighbor disruption was unexpected and maybe not the safest situation.
