This luxurious home in Desert Club Estates boasts a 3-car garage and a beautiful living room. The fully stocked kitchen is adjacent to the living room and dining area! The Master suite is elegantly designed with all the luxury you could wish for, and the two guest rooms are stylishly appointed and fully furnished. In the backyard, there is an outdoor kitchen and a Pebble Tec saltwater lap pool, creating an oasis for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Please inquire for pool and spa heat fees

-25 year age minimum for booking
-30 night minimum
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-Bookings made with credit card on any platform aside from abnb are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee if cancelled and qualifies for a refund. (will receive 95% instead of 100%, 45% instead of 50%)
