Great Villa and Close to Pool and Gym

Overall an excellent stay at Mark's place. He is very helpful and responsive. His place is lovely, clean, has 2 great porches and importantly was close to the lap pool, gym as I was recovering from an injury so my mobility was more limited. We would stay here again!

Spring break trip

Legacy Villas is a great resort with access to everything - pools, golf, tennis, food, shopping etc. The property is in a great location at the resort. It is cute and comfortable and suited our group of 5 perfectly. We liked being on the ground floor with easy access to the main pool and a smaller one right next to it. Enjoyed walking to the cute town of La Quinta and sitting on the patio in the evenings. Would highly recommend this property as we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Wonderful property

The Legacy Villas are a great place to stay. This unit was close to the pool but far enough away to not have the noise from the guests utilizing the pools. I would stay again. The owner was quick responding to any questions. The beds, sheets and comforter were very comfortable.

We loved staying at the property! Everything was as described. Host was very easy to talk too. Unit was very clean and everything was easy to use. Desert delight

We greatly enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. Our rental was exactly the way it was detailed in the listing. Our home was nicely appointed and made our stay very comfortable. The bonus was the various pools that made lap swimming and relaxing very easy. Close access to old La Quinta is another nice benefit. We will be back.

Mark was very responsive throughout the whole process. The pool was great for my young children and the property was very clean. We stayed for the BNP tournament at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Super convenient to catch an Uber to the tennis center and the gated community make you feel safe. 5 stars.

Palm Springs delight!!

This was a super comfortable and beautiful property in La Quinta! We loved the size of the bedrooms, the comfortable furnishings, the access to all amenities on the property and the well equipped kitchen and cleanliness through out the property. We really enjoy our stay at the Legacy property. This is a ground floor unit of the 2 story building. Everything was updated, clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the patio sofa and chairs. Such a beautiful spot. The water fountains and water features around the property are very soothing. Kitchen is well equipped with an excellent blender and coffee makers. Really appreciated a supply of spices, coffee, tea, and cooking oil. The magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Excellent info folder. Check in was easy with great communication. Thanks for a great stay.
