Located in the popular Laguna De Lapaz Community. 5-acre lake, 2 paddle boats, 5 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, and fitness center.
Newly Remodeled large nicely decorated spacious Home with views of surrounding mountains. Furnished Patio with grill.
Property Features an Upgraded Quartz counter kitchen with Breakfast nook, Laundry, built-in bar, dining and living room with ample seating, freshly painted, tile floors throughout

Dog may be welcome based on submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- one small dogs only.

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guests' experiences and do a property review.

30-night minimum

We have the 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CR-V, 2019 Mini Convertible, and 2015 BMW 5 Series available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Excellent stay, beautiful, quiet location. Very comfortable home with modern kitchen and comfortable beds. Property manager was very approachable and helpful with issues that came up and addressed in a timely manner. Would suggest the owners allow the renters access weekly electricity usage to better gauge how much is being used against the 250 monthly allotment, particularly in the heat of the summer. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit that had everything we needed plus more. The community of Laguna de la Paz is beautiful and peaceful. Garrett the Property Manager was very prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We would consider this place and community for future vacations. Thank You!
