Charming Two-Story Townhouse offers a serene lake view and Southern Mountain views behind the Palmer Gate at PGA West. The popular Greens D floor plan has been completed renovated from head to toe! Spacious kitchen with all new appliances, lots of cabinet space, sitting area off kitchen has TV, sofa sleeper and a small private patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee, cocktail hour or just relax to enjoy a good read. The spacious downstairs living area is full of natural light and ample furnishings for entertaining including sectional couch which looks out into the back patio, fireplace for the cold winter nights, dining area seating for 4, and wet bar. Laundry room with washer and dryer and downstairs powder room. Upstairs has Two Primary Bedrooms both provide King beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake and mountains from one of the Primary bedrooms which also has a TV or relax on your ground-floor patio just steps from a community pool located across the street. This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Int'l Horse Show, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. Some of the best dining in the valley is just a short drive away. Old Town La Quinta is also close by. There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.

Amazing home with stunning views

I would rate this home as a 5star. We were there for 21/2 months. We had an excellent stay. It was exactly as described in the listing. The house was immaculate and the view from lower and upper patio was breathtaking. Two master bedrooms with their own ensuites ensured privacy. The staff at Luxury Leasing was fabulous to deal with. If there were any issues they were taken care of immediately. Would definitely like to rebook. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean condo but quirky kitchen.

The condo was nice and clean however you could hear the neighbors walking up and down the stairs and shutting the front door. The kitchen has several quirks:1. The faucet is touch activated which is very annoying. 2. The Smeg coffee maker is cute but required a you tube video to learn how to use 3. The handle on the freezer fell off in my hand the first time I opened the freezer drawer. 4. There were no bowls bigger than cereal bowls so making a meal was challenging.
