    Brand new listing! This beautiful PGA West 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, condo has spectacular views of both mountains and a serene lake.

    Enjoy one of many pools & spas just steps away.

    Located within the Palmer Private course, this condo has a spacious layout which allows guests to enjoy their privacy.

    The private west facing patio is the perfect quiet place for getting sun, reading a book and enjoying outdoor dinner and cocktails.

    Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

    $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

    No high-profile cars are allowed.

    Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

    We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.
