"First they demand a cash deposit before they will allow you to check in. That wasn't listed anywhere on the property details. I was pissed because I had no cash and they didn't care. I was in town transporting family back and forth to the hospital to see a family member just diagnosed with cancer. They said oh well walk to the gas station and go to an ATM. It was horrible customer service. By the way the room details says a $50 room deposit and mentions nothing about cash. They flat out lie. Then the room was filthy. Literal graffiti on the chair, trash in the draws, chairs were absolutely filthy, the shower was disgusting, and the exterior had homeless just chilling in the parking lot. The door had no locks at all, the room has no clothing rack or closet so you couldn't hang clothes anywhere. And the shower knob fell off on my foot when I tried to take a shower. This hotel is a disgusting shame that hotels.com should remove from their site. The ac doesn't work and just leaks everywhere so every room has a trash can outside trying to catch the water. People were also screaming in the parking lot all night long. "

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not return. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom showed visible mold and rust, and although there was a ventilation fan installed, there was no working switch to turn it on. There wasn’t even a shower curtain when we arrived. Because the shower is a roll-in style with no proper barrier, water flooded the entire bathroom and spilled into the main room, soaking the carpet on my side of the bed. Noise was another major problem. The walls are extremely thin and the doors don’t seal properly, so we could hear everything—people stomping in the room above us, alarm clocks going off. Guests coming and going at all hours of the night. It made it very difficult to get any rest. The pillows were unusually small, about half the size of a standard pillow and very lumpy. There was a strong chlorine smell throughout the room, similar to an indoor pool, which made the space feel unpleasant. Breakfast was equally disappointing. There didn’t seem to be enough food to accommodate the number of guests. The boiled eggs were severely overcooked—the whites had turned an orange-brown color, with a greenish-grey ring around the yolk, and the texture was rubbery. The following morning, it appeared those same eggs had been chopped up and mixed into the scrambled eggs, which made us uncomfortable eating them. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations. "

"Easy check in, very detailed instructions for everything which I loved. Upon arrival the landscaping looked like it had not been maintained in weeks, weeds everywhere in the back and front yard. The pool and backyard needed immediate attention but again I will say the communication and response times were great! Everything I inquired about was taken care of within a couple hours. Possibly needs some pest spraying occasionally but for the area understandable. Pool heating fees were a bit outrageous and should be listed on the description as some people would like to know what they’re getting themselves into. I declined as it was a bit pricier than I would have expected. Great location between both Knottsberry Farm and Universal which is the main reasons we went. I will say the house was a bit smaller than I expected for the price but for the location is also understandable. I just wasn’t used to it. Overall great stay!"

"Avoid if you can find other hotels. The latch to lock the door was broke, the sink squirted water to the side when turned on, dirty, the "breakfast" was rotten apples, stale slices of bread and cereal without milk. The front desk person walked around barefoot which leads me to believe other unsanitary practices are allowed. Right when we areived the another front desk person came out and started yelling to move our car down further so they can save the closer parking spots for staff and they only took cash but didnt say that until I got their so you would have to pay an atm fee to take out cash if you werent prepared. Lastly, you can hear every car passing by as if you were sleeping on the curb."

"The house is spacious and the appliances provided are very convenient. The host was kind and flexible.However, at your stay immediately take photos of all the damages that are in the house. There is also one working outlet in the kitchen."
