The unit features two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two matrimonial-size beds—making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. The home includes two showers; please note that only one has hot water.

Guests have private access to their suite and immediate outdoor space, with shared use of the beautifully landscaped courtyard and inviting pool. The property is shared with two other units, creating a tranquil, community feel while still offering personal privacy. Located in a safe neighborhood, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in La Paz, close to restaurants, shops, and all the waterfront attractions of the Malecón.

Parking is on the street only.

Sorry we don’t permit parties or events and only register guests are allowed on the property
1. **No Parties or Events**: Guests are not allowed to host parties or events on the property.

2. **Guest Limit**: Only the registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance.

3. **Noise Levels**: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

4. **Consequences**: Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.

5. **Communication**: If you have any questions about acceptable use of the space, please contact me directly.

6. **Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A fee of 5,000 pesos will be charged to anyone who violates this rule.

7. **Checkout Time ** Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Guests must vacate the property by the designated checkout time. Failure to comply will result in a 1,000-peso fine per hour until the guest leaves

Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved dogs, but unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy concerns and past property damage.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and must not roam freely on the property — please keep them leashed and take them off-site for bathroom needs.


Failure to comply with the rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
