"Great hotel for a great price! Nice and friendly staff. Good walking distance to the Disneyland. Breakfast was decent. The pools and hot tubs were a plus. We loved all of the cute character bushes by the pool. Beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again."

"The outside grounds and the exterior look charming. The lobby is also very nice. Unfortunately we were given a room in the second, and apparently quite neglected, second building. The bathroom looked like it had received several paint overs and caulking applications and looked like an aging celebrity being held together by its makeup. The tub was stained and didn't drain well and a few bugs crawled out to say hello. Sorry the Disney shuttle wasn't enough."

"I thought I got double queen beds but they upgraded three full beds for family of 5 (2 adults & 3kids). They have mini fridge, microwave, tv and air conditioning. Everything I needed was satisfactory! Kids were happy to sleep comfortably in the bed."

"Staff is really friendly and willing to help when needed. Elevator broke down one day, hot water what shutdown one day and we found a roach creeping on our daughters bed. I was told a refund would be issued for one night and the fee for the cot but so far have not heard back on that refund. The water park is nice, hotel is really close to the park."

"Beautiful hotel, we were there to celebrate our anniversary! We did have issue but it was solved by Ann Marie, we got upgraded to presidential suite ❤️ We are so thankful for the service. "

"I’d say the shower & the cool AC was probably the only good thing about this hotel. Before I checked in, I tried calling the hotel at least 4x throughout the day but no one ever picked up. When I arrived to check in the guy seemed to be a little rude about it. The outside of the property is literally so dirty & looks super sketchy. When I got to my room IMMEDIATELY I saw two roaches which was absolutely disgusting. Then the comforter had stains all over it which I didn’t use, I felt so grossed out I ended up sleeping in my hoodie with my hood up since I didn’t want my head or hair to touch their pillows/pillow cases/sheets. Bed was EXTREMELY Uncomfortable. When I washed my face the water never drained from the sink, so there was that. I guess you really get what you pay for."
