Casa Belvedere - Villa with fantastic views, completion January 2024!

Casa Belvedere is a modern and very cosy villa on the edge of Villaverde. Due to its special location, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the valley and the entire north of the island. Equipped with everything your heart desires, you can spend a relaxing holiday here with friends or family.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest WC. An infrared panel is installed in all bathrooms, providing pleasant warmth even in winter. The light-flooded living area, the high-quality equipped kitchen and the dining area offer space for 8 guests and are connected to the various terraces via large sliding glass doors. On the sheltered pool terrace there is a lounge area, a large dining table for 8 and a small outdoor kitchen with a modern gas barbecue with side burner.

The heated pool has a counter-current system and the adjoining sun terraces with their loungers ensure relaxing hours.

The villa has excellent internet (fibre 1Gb/s download, 1Gb/s upload). There is a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room and a 55 inch in bedroom 1. A high quality sound system is available in the living room.

A covered car park offers space for at least 2 vehicles and an 11 kW charging station for electric cars is available in the basement on request.

Stunning views, lovely modern villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the villa. The villa manager was very attentive as we had a few problems with the pool, drainage and hot water. All of which were resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend this villa to groups or large families.

Traumhaftes Haus. Wunderschƶne Aussicht und sehr gute Lage, um schnell an den schƶne StrƤnden in El Cotillo und Corralejo zu sein. Das Haus ist genauso schƶn wie auf den Fotos. Alles neu, sehr komfortabel. Im sehr warmen Pool konnten wir auch schon im Februar schwimmen. Wir kƶnnen das Haus wƤrmstens empfehlen.

Traumhafte Villa mit einmaligem Blick

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa hat alles was das Herz begehrt, ist schick und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und lƤdt zum Entspannen am Pool ein. Auch der Blick ist in alle Richtungen gigantisch. Mit dem Auto erreicht man wunderschƶne StrƤnde aber auch nette Restaurants sowie SupermƤrkte. Die Kommunikation mit Silke war jederzeit einwandfrei und einfach. Besonders gefallen hat uns der beheizte Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und der Grill sowie das Design der Villa. Auch die NƤhe zu den traumhaften StrƤnden bei El Cotillo ist sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r alles!

Top Urlaub in einer super Villa

Die Villa ist absolut empfehlenswert. Bestens eingerichtet und super sauber. Beschreibung trifft zu 100% zu. Die AuƟenanlage ist sehr schƶn angelegt und mit Pool, Sonnenliegen Gasgrill, KĆ¼hlschrank und Essecke super ausgestattet. Pool wurde regelmƤƟig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Viele schƶne StrƤnde und Buchten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Alle Anfragen an Silke (Hausverwaltung) wurden umgehend beantwortet. Mietwagen muƟ sein.
