Amazing property and location

We stayed here for 2 weeks in Oct 2024 and loved every minute. The view from the balconies is amazing and the fishing town is lovely with some great restaurants.Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay in Gran Tarajal

We had a fantastic 3 week stay in Marian's beautiful apartment. The views were amazing, the apartment really well equipped, and Gran Tarajal a lovely town to stay in - not touristy, which we loved. Marian was always responsive, replied to our texts promptly and a lovely lady to meet. We have already planned a return and begun our countdown until we are back in the sun with those stunning views again.

Family holiday

We love it at this resort, the apartment is beautiful, split over 2 floors with a roof terrace in addition to 2 large balconies. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single. There is air conditioning in the main double bedroom and also in the lounge. The pool is great for proper swimming, it was never too busy. There is a gym which is good but we only used a couple of times. You do need a car to stay here and there is onsite car parking. Please note there are a lot of steps, there is a lift but there are still steps! The area is lovely, beautiful restaurants, lovely people. The beach across the road is full of stones, the next beach about 1km walk has dark sand and is fantastic. Then there are beautiful golden beaches a short drive away. We absolutely love it here and will be returning.

Repeat Stay in VistaMar

We stayed in this apartment block 2 years ago and this trip was intended as a repeat 1 month "live with the local" holiday. Due to health issues I was unable to go for the month but we did manage 18 nights and that combined with glorious weather, wonderful host and perfect apartment was everything we wanted. Marian is a wonderul lady and Dee and I would highly recommend her. Nothing was too much trouble for her. What more can we say. Don't hesitate, go and you wont regret it. Stephen & Dee

Die Wohnung ist recht groß, vor allem die beiden Terrassen. Klimaanlagen gibt es nur im oberen Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer. Auf Anfrage hat uns Marian aber einen Ventilator und den Safeschlüssel gebracht. Der super Strand von Gran Tarajal ist in ca. 8 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen (beste Wasserqualität mit bandera azul und keine Strömung). Der Strand vor der Tür ist weniger gut, da steinig. Der Pool war mit ca. 25 m Länge perfekt und morgens sogar leer. Die Entsalzungsanlage in direkter Nachbarschaft läuft 24/7, muss man ausblenden. Die Baustellen vom Neubaugebiet gegenüber waren unter der Woche zu hören. Die direkte Nachbarschaft war erstaunlich wenig zu hören, obwohl die Anlage relativ groß ist. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut und es gab Wein und Chips zur Begrüßung. Auch wurden Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel und Spulmaschinentabs zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut verdunkeln. Im oberen Bad fehlen allerdings Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Interessant, weil warm und anders

Das App. liegt gut und ist sehr geräumig, dabei überzeugen vor allem die beiden großen Terrassen. Allerdings wohnt man in einem riesigen Gebäude, auch wenn es architektonisch eine Meisterleistung ist. Wenn es voll ist, dürfte es laut werden. Die Möblierung ist wertig, insbesondere die Betten. Die Ausstattung des Haushalts ist zufriedenstellend, da ginge mehr. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Stadt Tarajal ist authentisch und kein Touristenhotspot. Mit den Stränden in Norden und Süden der Insel kann sie insoweit natürlich nicht mithalten. Man muss seine Prioritäten setzen. Mit dem Auto ist dank des Neid erregenden Straßennetzes jeder Ort der Insel gut zu erreichen, aber eigentlich sieht es es auch überall recht ähnlich aus. Entweder Strand und Wasser oder Geröll und Wasser oder nur Geröll. Vegetation ist die Ausnahme. Muss man mögen, man kann sich aber auch dran gewöhnen. Wärme und Sonne sind garantiert.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Aussicht

Eine wirkliche tolle Unterkunft, sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Vielen Dank, an die Gastgeberin, die uns freundlich empfangen hat und wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat. In der Unterkunft war alles ausreichende vorhanden, für unseren Mietwagen hatten wir sogar einen Garagenplatz.

Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Apartment ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Insgesamt drei Terrassen bieten einmalige Sicht auf den Ozean. Die Anlage, in der sich das Apartment befindet, ist absolut ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und Lebensmittel Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Die Kontaktaufnahme zu der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert, die Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet, check-in und check-out Vorgänge waren gästeorientiert und professionell. Es war alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, wunderschöne Aussicht. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Restaurants und Strand innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen. Die Lage des Objektes ist für Ausflüge ideal. Marian und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Vermieter und haben uns gleich bei Ankunft noch den Weg zum Supermarkt gezeigt.

Viel Platz und tolle Aussicht

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz auch für eine Familie. Gepflegte Anlage mit 25 m Pool. Parkplatz in Garage. Ort ist nicht touristisch überlaufen, schöner Strand und ideal zum Baden im Meer. Internet könnte etwas schneller sein. War zum Radfahren da, kann nur empfohlen werden

Sehr schönes Appartement in phantastischer Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit drei Terrassen, die jeweils einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Atlantik und den Ort ermöglichen. Ausser den Wellen des Atlantiks hört man wenig. Der Pool ist sehr groß und man richtig schwimmen. Mehrere Restaurants und der authentische Ort sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Marian kümmert sich rührend und ist immer ansprechbar. Wir wünschen Ihr alles Gute und gute Besserung. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen
