"The staff were amazing. We got there much earlier than planned and because we had two kids and lots of luggage we asked if we could access the room early. Not only was that ok, they chased up the cleaning staff to get the room ready as early as possible. The room was large and clean. Decent quality free shower gel and shampoo. Air con and very good double glazing meaning it cooled down and we didnt hear the airport, roads or trains! And black pit curtains meant a good sleep. Close to the tram stop (Parc Pheonix). Would go there again!"

"The hotel is a little dated, but it is clean and the staff is helpful. The hotel offers shuttle service to and from the airport which is a big plus. However, requesting the ride from the airport to the hotel can only be done with a non-Whatsapp phone call which is a bit of a challenge when traveling internationally. They didn't allow me to do it via email. A Whatsapp number ahead of the stay would be helpful."
