This spacious, modern 32 m² studio offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. You’ll also have a beautiful 17 m² furnished terrace with no overlooking neighbors—perfect for sunny breakfasts or summer evenings.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine), a bright living area with a sofa bed, large-screen TV, and dining space, a separate sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, electric shutters, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and a private parking space included in the residence. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access.
Résidence Islette du Riou is secure with concierge and badge entry. You’ll enjoy a stunning 25-meter pool, fully secured and open from May to the end of September. There’s also a pétanque court for fun with friends or family.
The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to Mandelieu beaches, Château de La Napoule, and the city center. Shops, restaurants, and water activities are nearby. Cannes and La Croisette are a 15-minute drive away. Many walks and parks are within walking distance from the residence.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and check-out is between 10:00 am and 10:30 am. Cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are provided for a worry-free stay.
