"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Seems like a recent renovation but maintains the charm of a casual beach house. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and the backyard was awesome - just as the photos show. Rachelle was a helpful host and responded quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property! And I hope to come back again soon."

"Communication with the host and check in/check out were very easy. You could see into the house from the doors of the guest house but they put blinds on the guest house doors in case you wanted privacy. The iron was leaky and the plugs on the power strip that was left of the bed did not work. The location was great and we could walk to food/public transportation."

"This property is a little gem among the bigger condos. Lovely landscaping for each unit. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Walkable to dining options and to the beach area. Would definitely come back again in the area. "

"Would stay here again. The perfect size for my family of three which included my two year old. The courtyard was great for my son to run around while being in an enclosed area. The garden was beautiful and a nice neighborhood to walk around. I also have a walking disability so the area was flat enough for me to get around."

"This was the perfect location for our family. The teens could come & go as they please since we were just one house off the boardwalk. House was fantastic too. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. Plenty of room for our family to hang out in the evening & watch movies. We had a couple minor issues but Mike was extremely helpful & quick to communicate. "The cottage was beautiful and true to the listing it was a short walk to the beach. We brought our two dogs with us, which was great to find a place that allowed pets. It was nice having a full kitchen, though I didn’t read prior to that there was no microwave. But that would be the only negative I have. I also am not sure if I just couldn’t figure out the pull out couch situation (not enough bed space with my wife and baby). I tried to see handles to pull out a bed but didn’t see any. It might...

Feedback for improvements: 1 dresser drawer was in need of reinforcement. I was afraid my clothes were too heavy for the bottom. More plants would be nice on the patio but that’s just me."

"We knew we wanted to stay in OB to hang at Dog Beach, and I chose this place because of the proximity to the beach (maybe a 4 minute walk), and the dog washing station! This property has street parking and isn’t so bad if you time it right (wait for people to go to work and you’ll get a close spot). The property is set back from the street and quiet. "Place was sparkling when we arrived. Codes worked as expected, despite my brain. Never got the original email but Michael remedied that rapidly. The venue was completely as described. There was a great hot tub. A couple of gas grills (lucky as one of them was out of propane, the other did the trick!). Parking in the garage for one car was great!
