"I used to stay at this location a lot in years past and always had a good stay. So I was disappointed to see this location so run down and dirty. The parking lot had trash strewn all around. Once we got to our room, noticed it was not clean, and I had to go ask for clean sheets and blankets because the bed was full of hairs. While I understand Albuquerque was busy with a lot of events, especially hotels should strive to make a decent stay for out of towners. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Breakfast didn’t have much to offer either."

"A terrible experience. Arrived late. Our room was dirty. I’m not even sure that the bed was changed. Got the run around. Was told that the manager would ne in touch. Never happened. I recommend that you look elsewhere for a more satisfying experience."
