Breakfast was great the green chili was outstanding, might have been homemade, Parking was some what of a pain had to park almost the furthest spot from my room in the parking lot. Staff was very friendly.

The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Andrew was the first person who greeted us. We arrived super early, and I expected our room wasnt ready. Andrew took special attention to call us when the room was available to check in. There were many choices for breakfast items. Very good selection.

We were surprised by the quality of the hotel as we were expecting cleaner and better-maintained accommodations. Couch cushions were extremely compressed, the shower did not drain properly, and there was no vent in the bathroom; overall chipped paint and well-used condition. Linens were clean, staff were nice, and breakfast was good.

I thought the breakfast options were excellent, some of the best I've seen. Excellent protein options, multiple juice options, bacon, and oatmeal. The staff was also very friendly and helped me to plan my Balloon Fiesta week. Th room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out. The furniture itself looked tired and old; one of the dressers had a drawer that would not close completely. The closet doors were low quality and the furniture in the bedroom looked like it had seen better days. Bottom line - I liked the staff and the food; I just think that as a Hilton hotel, this hotel needs to update its appearance.

Breakfast selection was good, dining room staff friendly and restocked quickly. Room was clean. The light in the bathroom flickered badly, and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. It closed halfway and needed a piece of luggage to prop it open. Carpet in the halls stained. Property looks tired, could use a refreshing.

Love the pet policy, free breakfast, nice location and helpful, friendly staff. There were full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. They are waiting for renovations and the worn furniture, hard mattresses and flat pillows reflect that. I hope they will have the renovations done by the next time I stay then it will be 5 stars.
