"When showing up to the apartment it was in a very shady neighborhood which i was not too bothered by but when I went in the apartment was dirty and the celling was leaking. the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months and there were spiderwebs in certain parts of the house. the building was nasty to the point that I did end up leaving at 3am to go get a hotel because it was not in the conditions to sleep in. "Owner very responsive, apt in good condition as described.Beautiful balcony view .Entrance and hall entrance and staircase should be clean more often.Area under construction.General building need some repairs.Parking is free on the street. "
