"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. And the bathroom? Absolutely huge! Much bigger than I expected, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay!"

"This hotel is right next to the old town in a perfect location for the shops and restaurants. We were only here for obe night but the staff were really helpful and friendly. We paid for breakfast which was about 15 euro, and the selection was good with freshly squeezed juice. There is secure parking a short distance from the hotel which you can reserve a space in, there is an additional cost. The room was quiet despite its location and had air con. "This was recently opened and should not have been as they were woefully unprepared. It seems like they rushed to open to take advantage of the fact that Bruce Springsteen was in town and there were no rooms available. Rates were double for concert nights. The pool and spa were closed and the property is still under construction. Painting needs to be finished and scaffolding and ladders are on the property. The walk into Lille is about ten minutes and the free parking at the hotel is very convenient. "I really like Sejours & Affaires, great reception. My room was very comfortable, very nice linens and towels. Nice selection of tea and coffee and a useful note pad and pen. The kitchen area is very good, with a coffee machine, microwave and double hob. Good supply of pans, crockery and utensils. I made soup very easily. Carrefour is just steps away inside EuroLille shopping centre. Lots of places to eat in the area, and very close to Lille Flandres train station ( 2 minute walk ) and 4 minute walk to Lille Europe train station. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. Excellent value for money."
