Pero al registrarnos todo el grupo de 12 personas a mi esposo no le entregaron el pasaporte y desafortunadamente no nos dimos cuenta hasta el día de saluda muy temprano y la oficina de registro estaba cerrada dejamos una nota al guardia de seguridad y hasta el día de hoy no sabemos nada . mañana regresaremos a phoenix . Por favor dejarnos saber si el resort todavía lo tiene ."

"Stunning property right on the Sea. My room overlooked the sea and was overall clean and comfortable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant/bar staff were friendly but perhaps because I didn’t pay the all inclusive package and was paying per meal/drink, I’d have to ask to be served. It would also be nice if there were staff circulating and provide service to the day bed areas. The hotel would experience more profit if that were the case. Overall, an amazing property and a great stay. I felt very safe as a solo, female traveler."

"Huge, handicapped room for 3 friends. Loved the next door church bell songs. Grounds very pretty although too cold to be outside. Great breakfast!! Lots of parking. Dined in their restaurant, "

"Apartment was ok apart from there was no coffee machine and the shower was virtually un-usable as it was leaking at the tap and only had a trickle of water coming through. It is quite steep to walk from town but only 4-5 Euro to front entrance/side gate in taxi so reasonable."

"Lovely apartment with a fabulous west facing balcony that gets the sun nearly all day. There's a large sunshade if required. Really amazing views of harbour, sea and cliffs. The apartment has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. It was really super clean too. We loved it. Pool is just a few steps from apartment and it's a very comfortable temperature. Great location too - short walk to harbour, restaurants, bars, shops. Easy to get around island on the bus if you don't have a car. Found lots to do and would thoroughly recommend staying here. Felt safe and secure. Appreciated the wine and water left for our arrival. Thank you! "

"There is no central heating in this place; A gas heater and a fireplace are available. The staff offered to start the heater, which we accepted, and a box of wood was provided for self-servicing the fireplace. The gas heater turned off after 10 minutes cause the gas tank was almost empty. On the other hand, I gave up on the fireplace after 90 minutes of successive failing attempts because the wood was extremely wet. The manager was absent and so was the owner. The three employees who were on duty went over their way and beyond their responsibilities to try to resolve the problems, and they successfully did. When I called the owner the day after to let him know that his business was being poorly managed all that he did was to call one of the employees of the previous night to reprimand her. This place has an enormous potential if it was managed properly. However, the absence of proper management turned my stay into a nightmare. "
