"The property is beautiful. The self parking garage is small...6ft..so if you have a larger vehicle your only other option is valet which is expensive...$60 a day. The room is lovely and quite possibly the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept in. That being said, our room didn't get cleaned until nearly 4pm and they didn't take the trash and only left 2 towels for 4 people. The biggest problem we had was a large group of people with multiple children who ran rampant in the hotel. We went for drinks and dinner and to watch the hockey game and they were in the bar area and the children were running everywhere, sitting at all the clean tables, yelling and going in and out if the pool area into the bar leaving water everywhere. The waiter was nearly taken out a half a dozen times..the parents were at two different tables drinking paying no attention to the children's behavior. The bigger issu3 was the wait staff could not wait on any other customers because the two tables would call them over and request different services. We had one drink and waited almost 2 hours for a small pizza (which was wrong) and the waiter never came back for anything else...no dinner order no other drinks and no dessert. We did try to go to the bar numerous times for assistance but were told he'd be right over but never arrived. We also stopped at the front desk about the encounter and was told the manager would call our room but that too never happened."

"We rented a family suite and when I booked I called and messaged that we have twin 15 year old sons confirming that the suite we rented had 3 beds, one king and two doubles. In addition to renting the family suite, I also rented a king room for my in-laws. I had requested our rooms be on the same floor so we could all be together. Not only did we arrive to be told that our rooms were NOT on the same floor, but when we entered our family suite, there were only TWO KING BEDS. My twin sons could not sleep together bc one is a very restless sleeper. I was willing to forgive the rooms not being on the same floor, but after I had specifically called and messaged the hotel confirming the bed layout, they simply said that they were sold out and couldn't do anything. They offered a cot which I accepted, however, they had no comforters so my son was left with a sheet only. We requested a comforter multiple times during our stay and one was never brought to us. The cot was also hard as a rock. Lastly, don't trust the breakfast reviews. Hours were 7:30-10:30 but breakfast food was gone by 9am and 4 staff members stood behind the breakfast bar goofing off while trays sat empty. I've been to Hampton Inn's with better breakfast. They also charged us for 3 days for valet and we only used 2 and had to request a refund. This is also NOT in Old Town although marketed as such. Lastly, the coffee in the room is instant. Cheap. Hotel has potential and decor is great but not worth the $."

"Les photos, la description et surtout la note de cet établissement sont extrêmement trompeuses. Je voyage beaucoup et je ne laisse que très rarement des avis négatifs, mais cette expérience a été sincèrement l’une des plus dégoûtantes que j’aie vécues. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que le niveau de propreté était catastrophique. Les toilettes étaient dans un état répugnant, avec des cheveux et des poils partout sur le sol. Les planchers étaient sales, les espaces communs mal entretenus et l’ensemble du lieu donnait une impression générale de négligence. On est très loin du niveau de propreté minimal auquel on peut s’attendre lorsqu’on paie pour un hébergement. La capsule dans laquelle j’ai dormi n’était pas mieux. Il y avait de la saleté autour du lit et, à ma grande stupéfaction, j’y ai découvert un préservatif usagé. C’est absolument inadmissible. Trouver ce genre de déchet dans un espace censé avoir été nettoyé entre deux clients est non seulement dégoûtant, mais soulève aussi de sérieuses inquiétudes quant aux standards d’hygiène de l’établissement. À cela s’ajoute une isolation pratiquement inexistante. On entend absolument tout : les conversations, les déplacements, les portes, les allées et venues des autres occupants. Il est presque impossible de se reposer correctement. Ce qui me choque le plus, c’est l’écart énorme entre les avis, la note affichée et la réalité. Je ne comprends honnêtement pas comment cet établissement peut obtenir une telle évaluation."
