"The hotel is right at the downtown. For first time travellers like us, parking your vehicle can be little tricky, especially when you just want a 10 minute parking to just go in and checkin. Thd roadside 15 minute reserve may be full. We arrived by 11.30 pm and it was full. There is a side street where you can park..Breakfast was very nice and filling..Parking is paid so i would advise to add this note when booking. For local roaming its preferable to leave the car in the parking"

"Fantastic location. You won't be able to beat this if you're looking to stay in Mont Royal, or Montreal in general. The hotel is about 5 meters from the main pedestrianised avenue, and 5 minutes (if that) from the Mont Royal tube station. Walking distance for restaurants, the Mount Royal Park, Mile End, and tubes to downtown. The hotel itself was good, albeit less polished than it looks on photos - it's had a landlord special paint job - but is modern and functional. The shower was hot and powerful, and the aircon worked great. There are stairs up to reception which you'll have to carry your case up, but lifts from there to the rooms. There was also a washing machine in the room, which was really handy."

"If you come expecting a reasonably good college dormitory, you will be happy here. The breakfast is a definite standout, and the fitness facility is also much more elaborate than most accommodation options. The bed was comfortable and the room reasonably quiet. The staff were pleasant. Location is walkable to plenty of points of interest. Access in, out and around the facility depends on keycard. There are details that could make it better. For example, although there was a nightstand, there was no light there. The gym would have been a lot more appealing if there had been wipes for the equipment, or towels. There were dispensers for wipes, but it looked like a while since anything had been in them."

"This hotel was nice! I booked a standard queen room, luckily I was on a higher floor. The hotel is located in the city center so it made everything convenient by means of walking. The staff was pleasant and the check-in and checkout process was smooth. Now about the room itself, it was a standard queen room decent size with a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable however, the bed needed some extra cleaning and repairs. The bed frame is cloth and over time wear and tear I’m sure got to it. Objectively speaking as someone that works in the hotel industry there are definitely some PM’s that could be done small things I notice as someone with the hotel experience eye but overall I can say it’s a room with a comfortable bed and just that A BED! My expectations weren’t super high but not low either, I can’t expect much from a standard queen room that I am using solely to sleep. So for that this hotel is a solid in my book! The location alone bumps everything for me to a 8/ 10."
