Cocoonr/BookandPay offers this 75 m² chalet with mountain views for rent in La Bresse, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 30 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 600 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² south-east-facing living room with stove, TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Separate WC

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2 (street side): 2 single beds, access to the balcony
- Bedroom 3 (garden side): 2 single beds that can be brought together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room with WC
- Separate WC

- A mezzanine with a sofa and access to the balcony (approx. 4m²)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan.

Outside :
- A beautiful 600 m² garden and a 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

This chalet is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
