Welcome to our charming single storey house, a true haven of peace located in the heart of the watershed. As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the comfort and welcoming character of this residence.

The fully equipped kitchen is a bright space, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. It opens generously onto a spacious living room and a friendly dining room, creating a fluid and pleasant living space for meeting up with family or friends.

The highlight of this house is undoubtedly its exterior. A refreshing 3.5 x 5 meter pool sunny moments of relaxation, while the pretty landscaped garden provides an idyllic setting for memorable barbecue evenings and unforgettable summer meals.
The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

You can park your vehicles safely within the grounds of the house, which will allow you to easily move around on foot for walks in the city center, shopping or to discover the surrounding area.
