Make the perfect getaway to this holiday house on the ground floor, for 8 people with secondary house (guest). Pool, garden and parking on the plot. Main house with separate kitchen, very spacious living room, 3 bedrooms with 1.60 beds, a bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in each room and in the dining room (split system) Direct access to the porch equipped with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy good prepared meals to the barbecue. Secondary house with integrated kitchen in the dining-living room, a bedroom (bed x 1,60) with a bathroom with shower, air conditioning (split system), located in front of the pool equipped with sun loungers (4). Fantastic, ideal for families with children, where to take advantage and share good moments in the large outdoor space. 2 km from Riells beach, marina and centre. Sheets and towels included in the price. Groups under 25 are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
