"始めて清川に宿泊しました。 近隣には美味しい食事ができる店も多く食事には困りませんでした。 私は歩くのが好きなので、中州や博多駅まで歩きましたが15分少々でいい散歩でした。 立地的には博多観光の中心エリアではないですが、どこに行くにもアクセスしやすい立地だと思います。 部屋は、可もなく不可もなくですが、出来れば改善して欲しいのが、インターホンの機材が室内にあるのですが、消灯しても緑色にピコピコ光っており、寝にくいので見てみたら2016年から部屋のインターホンを押した人の膨大なデータが残っていて消す作業を諦めました。 たぶん、他の部屋もそうだと思うので宿の方にチェックアウトの都度確認して消して欲しいです。 天井の煙探知機かなにかの機械の緑色の電球も消灯すると目立つのでなんとかして欲しいです。"

"We enjoyed the stay, and would recommend it. It was apartment style with kitchenette and the amenities you would expect. Rooms were spacious, and location was close enough to Hakata station (approximately 10 minutes walk). The unmanned element meant you might need to figure out the procedures a little, but there will be instructions provided."

"Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed. "Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc. En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."

"This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

"It was amazing, convenient, and perfect for what I needed. Surprised there was no tub. A bit troublesome to get in the door to check in. An email was sent a day or two before my stay. Lucky for me I had my son who was studying abroad locally to share his hot spot so I could access my email, AND his girlfriend who is local and could translate the email which was entirely written in Japanese. Not great for a foreign traveler. "

"Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. I ended up leaving it there so I suppose someone else is not enjoying it."
