"Every aspect was superb. I was sceptical about the high ratings but after my stay, I get it - everything from the amenities to breakfast to the thoughtful design of the rooms to the location was top-notch. I was sad to leave. Hope to be back soon!"

"Loved this hotel so much! My stay in Osaka and Tokyo pale in comparison to it. The bed was fluffy and just soft like I like my beds. The room was spacious with a proper area to eat. Shower and toilet were tucked away but both big places for a plus size person like me. Loved the location. Loved all the amenities. Highly recommend if you’re planning to stay in Kumamoto. It was pricey but worth it. "

"Very good hotel, clean , beautiful, big room. 3 onsen bath. Good foods , I love the arcade area and the bowling . Good for family with kids. Staffs are nice too. 10 mins from Beppu station , they have shuttle bus to pick you up"

"The room was clean, with the exception that the blinds in the bathroom had some mold on it. But otherwise, it was a great room with couch and a comfortable bed. The bath was great! Toilet was up to standard. Rooftop pool was a nice 30.1C. The jacuzzi was broken at the time, but the sauna on the roof was nice, too."
