"Wonderful ryokan stay at Yufuin Kutsurogi no Yado Nanakawa. The location is very convenient, close to Yufuin Floral Village, quaint shops, and many restaurants. We enjoyed the half-board stay, and the food was sumptuous and beautifully prepared. The room was peaceful and comfortable, with a relaxing private onsen. A perfect place to slow down and enjoy the charm of Yufuin."

"A great little hidden gem in this area - we stayed here as a stopover to our next location. Room was clean and super cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful with us settling in. Location is very quaint and I loved all the statues decorating the place. The bath was super nice! Would recommend staying here and getting the dinner & breakfast experience - the food smelt so good! "The stay was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. If you are driving, you can ask the hotel in advance about parking discount coupons. The hotel is located right next to Amu Plaza Kumamoto, with direct access by elevator, so shopping and dining are very convenient. In addition, the large public bath on the upper floor of the hotel is very comfortable; besides the hot spring baths, there is also a sauna room available for guests to use."
