Excellent location, nice sized rooms and great service! Conveniently located next to a 7-Eleven and connected to a Starbucks. The Karasuma line had a train stop right in front of the hotel. Quick walk to Nishiki Market as well! Would definitely stay at Karasuma Kyoto Hotel again!

Great location for restaurants and shopping. 10-20 min walk to shopping area. Definitely close to nishiki market which was a great experience and definitely a must visit place for food and souvenirs shopping. The hotel itself was great and staff was very polite.

Excellent location as we took Hankyu train from Osaka and Kintetsu train to Nara. Karasuma subway entrance was right at front of Hotel. Next door was the Nishijin Museum and downstairs was Starbucks! Staff was so helpful, especially with sending luggage by courier service.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There are many options for nearby food like starbucks and traditional restaurants, as well as nearby family mart and 7/11 convenience stores. The entire hotel was clean and room service was done often. The room was big and spacious with a big bathroom with a heated bidet toilet. The beds were also comfortable with plenty of light and a big window. Transportation was very close too with multiple bus stops and transit routes. The hotel was also really close to Kyoto Station making transportation and rail transfers easy.
