We thought that the rooms were very quiet and comfortable and the bed was also comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is perfect close to Omiya and Shijo stations and buses with short 9 or 28 bus ride to Kyoto station. Also walking distance to Nishiki market.

Great location to catch public transit. It is tucked back in so on a quiet street. Room was cute and serviceable but small. Please note there is no clothing hanging area just hooks. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

7/11, Familymart, McDonald’s, Daiso, bus stops, Subway station all less than a 5 min walk. Free water/ice in the lobby along with a vending machine for drinks, they provide free Qtips, razors, toothbrush with toothpaste, shower caps, and umbrellas. Vert clean lobby restrooms for women and men. Uber can pick you up from right in-front of the lobby exit 10/10 would go back

Hidden Gem

Lovely and friendly staff. Room was immaculate - it feels like the hotel is new. Quite spacious for Japan. Slightly away from the centre of town but on a bus route 10 minutes from Kyoto Station. We loved the peace and quiet and had some great sleep. There's no restaurant but there is a microwave and water point and lots of places to eat and buy food nearby. Thoroughly recommend.
