I was in Tokyo for 5 nights at Hotel Mystays Ueno East, it was pretty nice, until I came to Hotel Mystays Kyoto Shoji. The entire room is very nice, spacious and clean. It even has a nice comfortable recliner and foot stool. The hotel is very close to amenities and train station. The staff was great. This Hotel exceeds my expectations. When I travel, I will find Hotel Mystays again. I highly recommend.

Broken furniture, splinters under the chair, stains, and other marks of old things that are not being replaced. The lobby is on the second floor, so on your way in or out, the elevators stop there. Only two tiny elevators for every guest in the hotel, which takes a long time to have an available elevator at peak times. Location is good, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and to the arcades (15-minute walk). I would stay again, if the stay is short. But can't rave about the hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel, we also enjoyed their breakfast buffet , and free coffe in the lobby. They also have a laundrey room available for their guest. We were 3 adults, we had 3 really good beds and a nice room, and good size bathroom

This hotel was modern and in a very convenient location. Clean and well maintained and with a helpful staff. We had breakfast there on one morning, but did not particularly like it - but that could be a personal taste.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and did not experience any major issues. One area that could be improved is the level of warmth and friendliness from some of the staff. The front desk team and especially the breakfast staff were professional and efficient, but a more welcoming and personable approach would further enhance the guest experience. The breakfast itself was good and offered a satisfactory selection. While there was nothing wrong with the food, the presentation felt somewhat basic and functional rather than inviting. A bit more attention to presentation and atmosphere could make the breakfast experience feel more special and memorable.

At the Hotel MyStay the staff is super helpful, friendly and very professional. In fact, I ended up extending my stay for several days and the manager was very accommodating and helpful. I am heading to Haneda tomorrow and decided to spend the night at the MySay The staff speaks English and I have heard some dpeak Spanish and French! Give starts!
