I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a safe and ,clean environment .The staff is very attentive .The rooms are very clean .The bathroom has a nice tub and also a shower..There is also have separate female and male spa area..Whenever I return to Japan this place will always be our first choice.

The hotel was easy to find and access with metro station within 5 minute walking distance. There are convenience stores around and some access to restaurants for simple meals. The staff was helpful and facilities were amazing - super clean room with a spacious bathroom was definitely delightful!

Great Kyoto hotel

Great new hotel by Hilton, well located, staff were amazing, breakfast was tops!! Rooms were well designed, comfortable beds, bathroom was well proportioned for Japan standards, highly recommend a stay here 👍👍👍

Very small room and the configuration of the toilet ,bath and basin was the weirdest I have seen in my many years of travel .Not a peg in the shower/bath to hang the towel.Makes it extremely hard for friends travelling together .

During our week-long stay at this hotel, my girlfriend and I were captivated by the seamless fusion of traditional Japanese style and modern comforts in the rooms. However, what truly distinguished our experience was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From Tomoyuki's warm welcome at reception to Anne's insightful recommendations as the GM, special mention must be made of Madhu at the restaurant, whose engaging conversations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, in general, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and attentiveness. Thanks to Sagar for his invaluable assistance with our luggage. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, leaving us with fond memories and a desire to return. Cathy and Angel.

The property is ok for what you pay, but be aware that a room on the front of the building facing the main road gets a lot of traffic noise, particularly at night. There is also an issue with the property only having two elevators (and one of those was not working on one of the days of our stay). The wait time was long and the lift very crowded as it stops at each floor. On a couple of occasions it was easier to take the stairs. Breakfast was ok, but not 4 star level. We had a meal from the restaurant as a take away in our room one night when we returned later and it was completely cold. Staff were great, no issues there.

Lovely spacious and clean room. Nice amenities. Near subway with lift making for easy transfer to Kyoto train station. Good location for sightseeing. Subway on same line for Nara, Uji and Arashiyama.

This is more of a practical value stay than a standout hotel experience. The location is excellent—close to plenty of attractions and conveniences. The tatami room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage and a well-thought-out layout. However, I’d strongly recommend the hotel consider a no-kids policy for the onsen. During my last visit, the experience was unfortunately disrupted by a father and his two young sons shouting and splashing around, treating the bath more like a pool. I had just settled in but ended up leaving immediately, which was disappointing and completely broke the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.
