8.8/10 Excellent! (1,102 reviews)
Stinky washroom as every time Air con never powers up; even the corridor was much cooler than the room. Almost none cutlery and bowl in the kitchen, no idea why have such kitchen in the room; drainage of the sink ‘backflow’ the stinky smell which was very horrible. I’ve noticed this hotel always accommodate the whites on upper floors; and other races below 10/f. The only plus for this property is the in room washer dryer. Dirty carpet as expected.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (305 reviews)
Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.
