This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to the ferry port. It is walking distance to the bus station. The dinner buffet was excellent. There were many varieties of food. Our room was clean and faced Lake Akan. A great place to stay!

The property is a mixed bag the food and staff were excellent. However the room was was in very poor condition and badly overdue for refurbishment. For the amount of money charged the rooms will be a definite disappointment.

阿寒湖付近全体の話のようですが、空調が弱すぎて扇風機の風でやっと過ごせる状況でした。虫が大量に飛んでいるので窓を開けるわけにもいかないにも関わらず、暑いのであれば窓を開けてくださいというホテルスタッフの対応にも頭がきました。 館内清掃にも手が行き届いておらず、壁に埃が付着していたり、少し窓を開けただけで窓の縁に溜まった埃が大量に舞う始末。挙げ句の果てに布団敷きのサービスも頼んだ時間に来ず、頼みに行っても横柄にあしらわれ、自分達でひきました。 景観は素晴らしく、アイヌの文化にも触れる事はでき、観光する価値はあります。 是非、大浴場の廊下の途中に飾った骨董品などを売却して、これからの温暖化や人手不足に備え、設備や教育投資にお金を回して欲しいと思います。

宿泊した方の施設が古すぎてトイレを流すボタンは重すぎて力がいるし、部屋の鍵が開きずらい。 鍵のコツをつかむまで大変だった。 新館は綺麗みたいだが、新館か休館か分からず予約したので失敗だった。 食事はバイキング形式で、とても美味しく満足でした。 スパも気持ちよくて、暑くない時期ならきっともっと気持ち良いでしょうが……

部屋のトイレは使えないと思った方が

トイレが狭くて使い物にならない。あと付けで工事したのか、便座に座ると膝がドアスレスレ、立ち上がろうと上体を前に傾けると頭をドアにぶつける。水洗のボタンが温水シャワー便座との僅かな隙間に設置されていて押しにくい。温水シャワー便座を後付けしているためオリジナルの便座とサイズが合っていない。
