Nestled within the peaceful Sanyasi Tea Estate, the resort offers a serene and tranquil environment that made our stay incredibly rejuvenating. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. They went above and beyond to personalize our experience and catered to our every need with genuine care. Even in the middle of the night, Rohit would answer our calls and promptly deliver whatever we needed. Every request was met with a broad smile, humility, and a willingness to help. A special shout-out to Rohit and Shyam, who looked after us so thoughtfully and ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. "Excellent room with a good view, both breakfast and dinner options and food quality was very good. Staff was friendly however the pictures associated with the standard room was not accurate and we had to pay extra for an upgrade to the deluxe room ( pictures of which were associated with the standard room when we booked). Staff was friendly and polite but could not upgrade as a courtesy even though the pictures did not match the room."

"Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling Darjeeling."

"The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people."
